When Triad Controls is asked to design a new system, we start with a detailed specification from the client, so all our systems are bespoke.

We use our vast experience in all industry sectors, and all types of buildings, to explore the client’s requirements and devise a solution. 

In an office block, saving energy costs may be paramount but on a ward for the elderly at a hospital or care home, the comfort of the residents may be the most important thing. We work with our clients to find the perfect balance between these requirements.

After meeting with the client, assessing the building and designing a Building Management System (BMS) for them we send the approved designs to our control panel manufacturers and then we install the controllers, cables and other equipment that may be required.

If you already have a BMS, we can expand your existing system and build new capabilities to deliver what you need. This allows you to take advantage of the latest technology developments.
